For my momento I chose the memory of going to baseball games with my parents. My family is one of the southern sports loving families so i have a lot of fond memories of going to games ,mainly baseball games. For my materials i use wood, cotton and red thread. I used the wood to represent the baseball bats. I sanded down the wood to give it the smooth finish that the bats have. The wood was arranged into the shape of a baseball diamond. I incorporated cotton candy that I always got by pulling apart cotton balls. I threaded red thread through the wound. The red thread is to represent the red stitching that is seen on baseballs.
